Sometimes you just need another of something, so we're making replacement parts available to you at or below cost!

Because we take every opportunity to innovate — materials, manufacturing processes, and design — we've recently made changes to the Cup, Cap, and Connector and are offering them as a complete set.

The new design incorporates a few cool changes:

  • The Connector is now compatible with the new Medela Pump In Style and similar new-style Medela pumps to allow for easy double-pumping.
  • The Upper Cup now has a polished window that shows the ounce and milliliter markings more clearly.
  • There are fewer ridges on the inside of the Connector to allow you to more easily capture every last drop of milk.
  • The Upper Cup and Connector can now hold up to 7 ounces when assembled for double-pumping or as a baby bottle.
  • The new Connector design and threading make it grippier and easier for us moms with small hands to unscrew.

As always, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any questions about your Chiller, the new parts, or any other products that we offer.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Riley H. ★★★★★

Finally, a way to buy just the one piece I needed instead of a whole new set. The price being at or below cost is a nice touch, and the spare arrived looking identical to the original part.

Abigail L. ★★★★★

I was glad to find these individual parts available at cost—it let me replace a worn piece without buying a whole new kit. The material feels identical to the original, so it fits perfectly and works just as well.

Samuel ★★★★★

Needed an extra connector piece for my existing setup, and this one fit perfectly—no wobble, no forcing. The material feels exactly the same as the original, which is a relief when you're mixing old and new.
